PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, flame resistance, etc. of windings, by applying a ceramic agent to be calcined at low temperature, and by conducting heat treatment at low temperature. CONSTITUTION:Substrate treatment for an insulating process is given to a winding part, and a ceramic agent to be calcined at low temperature, whose main component is silicon dioxide (SiO2), is applied thereon by spray coating or other methods. After the completion of the above-stated process, an element is heated at a temperature required for vaporizing the solvent of the ceramic coating agent, and then heating is made at a temperature required for calcining the ceramic coating agent, whereby calcination is completed. |
