PURPOSE:To suppress attenuation of a microwave and disturbance in the mode to a small value by fitting an electric insulating holding member covering at least a part of an aperture of extracting microwave externally to a peripheral face of a waveguide and fixing an antenna to the holding member so as to prevent reflection from causing to the microwave transmitted in the waveguide. CONSTITUTION:The holding member 21 of the waveguide through which a microwave is transmitted is made of an electric insulating material not disturbing passing of a microwave, and Teflon or Alumina ceramics with excellent heat-resistance and facilitated processing among electric insulating materials is used. The holding member 21 is split into two radially, a through-hole 24 through which an antenna 17 is penetrated to the center of the holding member 21 is formed to a concaved part clipping a small diameter part 17a provided to the peripheral of the antenna 17 in butting both the split member 21 and the antenna 17 is fixed to the inner circumference with locking. The antenna 17 is made orthogonal to the waveguide 11 by the locking, its one end is introduced into the waveguide 11 by a prescribed length and the other end is protruded to the outside of the waveguide 11. |
