<p>Cinnoline-3-carboxylic acid chemical hybridisation agent derivs. of formula (I) and their salts are new. In the formula X=H or 1-3 of halo, CF3, 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C alkoxy or 1-4C alkanoyl; Y=H or 1-3 halogens; Z=OR or NR1R2; R=H, a metal or ammonium cation, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkenyl or 1-4C alkynyl; R1 and R2 each=H, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkenyl or 1-4C alkynyl. - 1-(4-Trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,4- dihydro-4-oxo-5-fluorocinnoline-3- carboxylic acid (Ia) is specifically claimed.</p> |
