A light shade (2) supported by a blunt concial base (1) encloses a number of lamp bulb holders (15). The base is divided into a large conical part (3) with a cover (6) closing the end surface turned from the wall of the building, and a smaller part with a second cover (8). - The second cover closes the end surface of the second conical shaped part which is turned away from the surface of the building. The second cover is connected to the first cover by distance components (13). Between the two cover surfaces (7,9) is formed a ring shaped aperture (10) and an air intermediary space (14).
