A collapsible road hazard warning marker comprises a three- or four-sided hollow pyramidal structure with a base that can be folded flat on itself so that it occupies the area of one side panel of the structure. The side panels of the structure are foldably or hingably connected along their edges. Additionally one side panel, or two opposite side panels in the case of a four sided structure, is also hinged or folded along its centre line. The bottom edge of one side panel which is not hinged or folded along its centre line, is foldably or hingably connected to one edge of the base. The folding and erecting of the structure to a desired configuration is achieved by draw strings, stops, and the action of weights. <IMAGE> |
