<p>A description is given of the synthesis of crystalline metallophosphoaluminates in which the metal is germanium, antimony, vanadium and/or boron, which have ion exchange properties and are easily convertible into catalytically active materials. The method of synthesis uses a biphasic reaction mixture which comprises a suitable organic or inorganic directing agent and sources of aluminium oxide, phosphorus oxide and the required metallic oxide.</p> |
