PURPOSE:To form efficiently a state transition diagram by calculating automatically the area in which a picture to be inputted next is displayed when inputted graphic symbol is displayed in the lowermost position of the picture in a display unit. CONSTITUTION:When it is decided that a graphic symbol A is displayed in the lowermost position, a display area calculating section 8 calculates a page corresponding to the area in which the graphic symbol is displayed, and at the same time, shifts the graphic symbol, and calculates a page corresponding to the display area and display area section when displaying the graphic symbol again in the uppermost end of picture after shifting. Then, the graphic symbol displayed in the picture and picture display area mesh address calculating section 5 is called by a graphic picture erasing section 9 to position the graphic symbol in the uppermost end of display area corresponding to the next page. |
