PURPOSE:To contrive to uphold the accuracy of the configuration recognition of a matter to be processed, which is performed by the TV monitor, by a method wherein the illumination of the matter to be processed is performed through the plural glass fibers, which are arranged along the outer periphery of the processing nozzle to inject laser beams. CONSTITUTION:Light rays, which are injected from a lighting 1, are irradiated on a matter 4 to be processed, which is placed on a processing stand 9 and has a curvature surface, through fibers 10. This glass fiber group 10 is equally arranged along the outer periphery part of a processing nozzle 3. By this way, it follows that the light rays, which are injected from the lighting 1 for processing, illuminate the wide extent including the peripheral part of the matter 4 to be processed at an equal illuminance by the fiber group 10. As a result, the image on a monitor 8 is formed in a high-fidelity image having no shadow part. |
