PURPOSE:To reduce generation of forged signal and to obtain the frame color picture image of high resolution ny forming high brightness signal from plural horizontal scan line by narrowing the vertical correlation distance of picture image information read from adjoining horizontal line. CONSTITUTION:In a 3-horizontal line spontaneous read-out, the arrangement of color separating filter in every horizontal row and vertical row always becomes of the combination of (r), (g) and (b) when three adjoining optional color transmission filter are specified. An R, G and B signals is obtained usually from a main signal. Forming a low band brightness signal from the signal, vertical correlation contributes to a high band brightness signal and so there is no fear of lowering in vertical resolution. Furthermore, since the R, G and B signal exists at every vertical row ion forming brightness signal, its only necessary to exchange for switch composite processing and to perform simple adding processing. Using a 2-line output system for a picture image signal read-out means 26, it can make possible to simplify manufacturing.
