PURPOSE:To simplify structure and expand the steering power variable range by generating the gear supply flowrate that is varied according to the car speed and such, that is, the pressure difference that corresponds to a change in the supply flowrate into a power steering device and controlling a hydraulic reaction force mechanism using the pressure difference. CONSTITUTION:A power steering device is provided with a servo valve 20 that controls the supply and exhaust of pressurized oil into a power cylinder according to the rela tive rotation of output shafts 24 and 11. In this case, an electromagnetic flowrate control valve 40 that controls flowrate Q0 in flowrate (gear supply flowrate) Q1 corre sponding to the car speed and such is interposed in a supply path 45 that connects a supply pump for exhausting the pressurized oil in the flowrate Q0 and the supply port 26 of the servo valve 20. In addition, a fixed diaphragm 46 that generates the pressure difference DELTAPA corresponding to a change in the gear supply flowrate Q1 and a variable throttle valve 48 that generates the pressure difference DELTAPB correspond ing to DELTAPA are provided in the said path 45. Besides, the left chamber of the reaction force cylinder chamber 30 for the reaction force mechanism is connected between the fixed diaphragm 46 and variable throttle valve 48 and a right chamber is connected between the variable throttle valve 48 and supply port 26. |
