PURPOSE:To improve toughness under high temperature, by forming a hot antioxidizable cover on a outer surface of ceramics-roller, in case of a roller bearing the above caption for a continuous forging machine or the like. CONSTITUTION:A material composed of one kind or more than two kinds of an oxide of Al2O3, TiO2, ZrO2, CrO3, MgO, etc., and an alloy material containing one kind of more than two kinds of a metal element forming a hot, stable oxide such as Al, Cr, Ni, Zr, Ti, Ta, etc., or a hot antioxidizable cover 2 composed of a compound of both these materials are formed on a girth circumferential surface of a ceramics-make base material 1 of carbon, carbide, nitride systems, etc., at a thickness of 0.03-20mm. With this constitution, toughness is securable without any damage to oxidizability and heat conductivity and, what is more, anhydrous refrigeration is made attainable, and avoidance of a heat loss is also promoted. |
