PURPOSE:To record communication data together with an analog signal by providing a communication part for receiving from host CRT and each buffer of analog communication, graduation data and communication character of record classification provided to a RAM of a control arithmetic part. CONSTITUTION:A ROM13 is provided with each buffer of the analog input signal inputted to an A/D converting part 11, a graduation line indicating coordinates and data, and the communication character buffer received by the communication by which each can be set independently and the line data for one line are generated by adding the contents of each buffer for each printing period and stored in the line data buffer to print the result. The communication processing from the communication part 23 is performed by the interruption. The one character data are taken in from host CRT and in case of the character data for printing, the data are stored in the communication character buffer and in case of the command data, it is discriminated if the operation command is of the start or termination of the recording operation. Thus, the analog signal recording, the selection recording of the plural graduation lines and the character printing can be performed independently simply respectively.
