PURPOSE:To prevent supply of hot water at the time of restarting of hot water supply and over-chute.under-chute, by making a movement of a mixing valve start or suspend according to supply or suspension of mixed hot water. CONSTITUTION:A controller 32 compares a setting signal preset by a mixed hot water temperature setting device 30 and a signal of the temperature detected by a mixed hot water temperature detector 20 by a comparative part 33 result of which is transmitted to a control part 34 as a deviation signal and drives a driving device 24 based on the relation between the deviation signal which has been preset and a driving quantity. A mixing valve 19 is controlled to a mixing ratio to obtain a preset temperature and the mixed hot water whose temperature is appropriate is supplied to a hot water supply object. When hot water supply becomes unnecessary and a hot water supply indicator 31 is turned OFF, a driving device 24 is suspended, a valve position of the mixing valve 19 is fixed to the mixing ratio preset directly before suspension of the same and the hot water supply is suspended by acting a control valve. Although the control valve 28 is opened and the driving device also starts driving when the hot water supply indicator 31 is turned ON at the time of restarting of the hot water supply, as the position of the mixing valve 19 has been fixed, prevention of supply of hot water and a reduction of over chute.under chute can be performed. |
