<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a base of fluorescent lamp having excellent heat-resistance, weather-resistance and light-permiability by adding specific wt% of titanium dioxide to specific wt% of ABS resin and polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION:A pair of base members 3, 4 are composed of such material where less than 1.4wt%, 1.28wt% for example, of titanium dioxide (TiO2) is added to 100wt% of mixture material of 30wt% of acryl-nitryl-butadiene-stylene copolymer (ABS resin) and the remainder of polycarbonate resin. Consequently, low cost synthetic resin base for circular fluorescent lamp having excellent heat-resistance, weather-resistance, light-permeability, ultraviolet ray-resistance and mechanical strength is obtained.</p> |
