PURPOSE:To reduce high frequency loss due to prevention from immersing meat into meat soup and prevent the stain of a heating chamber by a method wherein a stand wall is provided in a circumference and the protrusions of the center part thereof is formed by heat-resisting glass or porcelain. CONSTITUTION:A catch plate 1 is constituted of heat-resisting glass or porcelain having a small high frequency loss in order to pass through an electric wave and the protrusions 1a is formed on the center part. When it is used at the high frequency heating device having a heating device, the meat soup flowed from the meat is collected in the circumference of the catch plate and the path of high frequency is secured at the almost center part of the heating chamber. Even in case the meat is cooked by mixing heating the heat of the heater device 4 provided on the upper part and the high frequency, the temperature rises up, therefore, the abnormal heating of the meat soup having the condition is apt to leap, may be prevented. |
