PURPOSE:To secure safety and facilitate the cleaning of a heating chamber wall by a method wherein a plane type heating element which a metallic heating element is laid in an enamel layer on a metallic base plate is provided and the metallic base plate, the heating chamber wall are insulated by the enamel layer electrically. CONSTITUTION:The whole of a metallic base plate 19 is covered with an enamel layer 20 and the heating element 16 is laid into the enamel layer 20 of an outer bottom surface. The metallic heating element 16 is laid into the bottom surface side of a heating chamber outside in wide range and a plane type heating element 14 is supported by the insulating panel 15 which is fixed by a plurality of screws through a fitting plate 23 welded in the circumference of the heating chamber 12. According to this method, even when the device is heated and used until the dangerous condition of an electric shock caused by the remarkable deterioration of the insulation due to the enamel, the peripheral part of the device having the temperature only guaranteed for the insulation of the enamel, is supported through the enamel layer 20, therefore, the insulation between the heating element 16 and the heating chamber 12 are secured while the plane type heater 14 only may be changed even in case it is necessary to change. |
