PURPOSE:To attain efficient development and to discharge a dried and treated film by exhausting gas generated in a machine from a film unloading port by a drying fan. CONSTITUTION:A developing tank 11, a fixing tank 12 and a washing tank 13 are arranged in the horizontal direction and a sheet film inserted from a film insertion board 14 is moved upwards after developing, fixing and washing processes, squeezed by a squeeze roller 15, lifted upwards, and then discharged from a film unloading port 16 through a drying part 17. Cross flow fans 18a, 18b having the carried film width are arranged on the positions opposed to the film surface under a driving part 17 as drying fans, air in the machine is heated by the heater and the film is dried by the temperature and discharged from a film unloading port 16 positioned on the upper part of the device. Thus, the gas generated in the device is moved together with atmosphere without forming an additional exhaust fan and exhausted from the fan unloading port 16 positioned on the upper part of the device on the basis of a funnel effect.
