PURPOSE:To actuate a nozzle plate in the high frequency and to inject the large quantities of liquid droplets in the extremely small particle size by providing nozzles having many small holes at the middle part of the nozzle plate and positioning the nozzles on the loop of the vibration of the nozzle plate. CONSTITUTION:A liquid injector is constituted with the a nozzle plate 3 provided with the plural nozzles 2 at the middle part 19 between a center part 16 and an outside periphery part 15, an electric oscillator 5 wherein the nozzle plate 3 is vibrated by energizing the center part or the outside periphery part of the nozzle plate 3 and a body 7 having a pressurized chamber 6 field with liquid. The outside periphery part or the center part of the nozzle plate 3 is fitted to the body 7 so that the above-mentioned nozzles 2 are introduced into the pressurized chamber 6 and also liquid is injected from the nozzles 2 by exciting the vibration wherein the center part and the outside periphery part of the nozzle plate 3 are made to the nodes of the vibration and the middle part 19 is made to a loop. In other words, the large quantities of liquid droplets can be injected in the extremely small particle size by actuating the nozzle plate 3 at high frequency.
