The invention relates to information technology. The processor forming the subject of the invention is characterised especially in that it comprises a Y coordinate seeker 6 an input 4 of which is connected to the comparator 2 for reference values and current values of the Y coordinate, while another input 48 constitutes one 50 of the control inputs of the processor, an output sequencer 13 for the image symbol lines, one input 25 of which is connected to the output of the multi-channel switch 17, while three other inputs 40, 45 and 49 constitute the respective control inputs 42, 46 and 50 of the processor, and an address multiplexer 7. The invention can be used for the display of static and dynamic information, in alphanumeric, graphic and any symbolic form. <IMAGE>
