<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [A is O, imino; R<1> is 1-30C aliphatic hydrocarbon, formula V (R<4> is H, 1-30C aliphatic hydrocarbon), when A is O, while, when A is imino, R<1> is residue of 1-30C aliphatic carboxylic acid; R<2> is H, OH-protecting group; R<3> is H, OH-protecting group, residue of 1-30C aliphatic carboxylic acid; m, n is 1, 2] and its salt. EXAMPLE:5-Fluoro-2'-deoxy-beta-uridine-5'-(2,3-di-O-octadecylglyceryl) phosphate. USE:An antitumor agent. Its toxicity is low. PREPARATION:A compound of formula II or its reactive derivative is allowed to react with a compound of formula III, preferably at a molar ratio of 1-2, to give a compound of formula IV or its salt.
