PURPOSE:To prevent gravity structure from sticking with a formwork by a method in which the sides and bottom of the structure are covered with a corrosion-resistant material and the corrosion-resistant layer and the structure are strongly combined with iron bars and anchors. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 2 for ballast and water is formed in the structure of concrete caisson 1, and a FRP panel 3 is covered on the outside of the structure to prevent the intrusion of the sea water. Also, a ring 8 is attached to the hole 7a of a rib 7 provided on the inner surface of the panel 3, iron bars 9 are connected to the panel 3 by the ring 8, and then concrete is poured into it to strengthen the connection of the panel 3 with the caisson 1. Thus, the cracking and deformation of the structure due to the removal of the formwork can be prevented. |
