PURPOSE:To remarkably improve ability of removing burr so as to make blast processing possible without damage of frame and roughness of mold by mixing silica having specific mean particle size and specific surface area with synthetic resin at specified mixture ratio, and hardening and smashing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:5-40wt.pt. of silica (such as silica sand or the like) with mean grain size of below 0.1mm and specific surface area of more than twice of surface area of a sphere with equal means grain size, is mixed with 100wt.pt. of synthetic resin, hardened and smashed in order to be able to obtain an abra sive 22 for blast processing without bruise to the surface of an object.
