PURPOSE:To apply the system to the X-ray diagnosis with no revision, by supplying positive high voltage to the cathode target insulated from the housing and the coolant, and supplying negative high voltage to the anode while the neutral point is kept grounding. CONSTITUTION:The housing 1 is made of metal and kept at the grounding potential, composing a vacuum container 101. In the vacuum container 101 is arranged the cathode 2, which is fixed to the housing 1 through an insulator 102. The housing 1 consists of the central structure 103, the voltage feeding member 104, and the bearing 105, all of which are connected in a vacuum through O rings 106 and 107. Since the operation is carried out keeping the cathode target 4 at a positive high voltage, the housing 1 at the grounding potential, and the electron gun 3 at a negative high voltage, the system can be used for the medical care, using the conventional high voltage power supply with the neutral point grounding system. |
