PURPOSE:To allow longitudinal and lateral joints of a tile to be automatically line up by arranging a absorption device which adsorbs tiles in order in a transfer box that is carried in to a absorption position allowing them to line up while they are laterally spaced, and another line up device which allows them to line up while they are longitudinally spaced. CONSTITUTION:A tile T is adsorbed in order by a adsorption device B from the uppermost tile T in a transfer box 1 which is carried in, and is transferred to the stated place on the belt of a line up device C while the tile is laterally spaced. And the tile is longitudinally spaced by changing the speed of a front and rear transfer belts. Then, the tiles are received at a place where a backing paper is temporarily sticked on while the joint of them is lined up. Here, a set of backing paper is sucked up by a backing paper adsorption device F from a backing paper housing unit E of an automatic backing device allowing a sticking device to coat water or paste on the backing paper. Then, the coated paper is sticked temporarily on the corner angle meet section and an outside of the tile. Subsequently, the temporarily sticked mosaic tile is transferred to a main body adsorption table by means of the tile adsorption device. |
