PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of an operator and to prevent a defect or an erroneous operation due to vibrator or temperature by disposing most of a complicated control circuit at an NC unit side, and disposing the minimum limit of circuit elements at a load side. CONSTITUTION:A servo control CPU11 and a main CPU12 transfer data at high speed through a common RAM13 in an NC unit, and control to drive i good efficiency by coupling the main CPU and the CPU exclusive for the servo motors in case of controlling to drive a plurality of servo motors. Since a calculator is separated from the environment disposed with the motors, defects and erroneous operations due to the vibration and the heat can be reduced to facilitate the maintenance and inspection. |
