PURPOSE:To prevent the loading of a housing hole in a line-up jig used for an electrode of a leadless electronic part by constructing a line-up jig with a part push-up pin provided in the housing hole allowing either of them to move up and down. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 1 stored in a pocket 6 is supplied to a line-up plate 7. Then, the line-up plate 7 is excited being allowed to be vacuumed holes 3 and 4. This causes the electrode 1 to be sucked into a housing hole 7a allowing the electrode to be lined up where its large diameter portion is allowed to be in the lower side. At this moment, an external force is applied to the line-up plate allowing a compression spring 13 in a vertical movement mechanism 9 to be pulled or compressed. This causes the line-up plate to move up and down along a guide shaft 10 together with a movable cylinder 11 allowing a push-up pin 8 to move up and down relatively. This enables the inner surface of the housing hole 7a to be automatically cleaned preventing its loading. |
