PURPOSE:To readily manufacture by interposing an insulating sheet having a through hole between two sheets formed with plane spiral conductors, and welding by an electron beam the insulating sheet with a jig having a through hole at the same position as the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Armature winding elements A, B are formed of plane supplementary spiral steep plates, disposed in a circumferential direction to form a stator element 20. Bridges 34, 36 are provided on one of the elements A, B. A heat fusible insulating sheet, not shown, is interposed between the elements 20, and heated to fusion-bond the elements 20 to the sheet. Through holes are opened at the positions corresponding to the hole formed at the starting and finishing winding ends A1, B1 and A2, B2 of the sheet. The bridges of the bridges 34, 36 are cut, and connected with the other laminated element. An electron beam is emitted by a jig of the same shape as the sheet to connect the elements. Thus, a motor having a small size and large output can be manufactured. |
