PURPOSE:To reduce a vibration in a speed changer, by regulating the engaging speed of a subflywheel on the basis of an oil temperature in the speed changer relating to its vibration. CONSTITUTION:Of the sensors 32-35, the sensor 32, being substantially constituted of a distributor, detects an engine speed. The sensor 33 detects a temperature of oil in a speed changer 2. And when the temperature of oil in relation to an increase of vibration in the speed changer 2 increases, a control device, increasing the engine speed when a subflywheel 7 is engaged, causes this subflywheel 7 to effectively reduce the vibration particularly a tooth tapping sound in the speed changer 2. |
