<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product suitable for a wall material, a cosmetic washstand or a bathtub having no crack nor a pinhole, excellent surface smoothness and high strength, by using a specific molding material based on an unsaturated polyester resin and applying straight-hydraulic molding thereto. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a substrate obtained by preforming an unsaturated polyester resin composition A containing an unsaturated polyester resin and a thickener as essential components and, if necessary, containing a reinforcing agent, a filler, a colorant and a catalyst or in the grooves provided to the surface of said substrate, a roving and/or a fabric like fiber B, which is impregnated with an unsaturated polyester resin composition A' which contains an unsaturated polyester resin and a thickner as essential components and, if necessary, a colorant having color tone different from that of the aforementioned composition A, a short fiber reinforcing agent and filler, is arranged as a pattern material and both compositions are thickened along with the substrate to form a molding material which is charged in a mold and molded by straight-hydraulic molding to obtain the objective product.</p> |
