PURPOSE:To allow the cleaning without stopping the system operation by providing a ball with a through hole in its center and spiral fins around it with the hole's axis as their center so that the ball may be set in the rotational motion by the fluid flowing through the pipe so as to remove the scale in it. CONSTITUTION:The ball 1 has a columnar hole drilled in its center, and has spirally arranged fins 4 on the surface of the body 2 with said hole as their center. The hole 3 is the passage for utility water flowing in the pipe to flow through, and on account of the hole, the ball's attitude is controlled so the hole 3 in the ball 1 may be automatically positioned in the same direction as the flow in the pipe due to the pressure of the fluid flow. When the ball's attitude is controlled in this way, the ball 1 rotates relative to the hole 3 due to the action of the spiral fins 4, generating the effect to remove the scale etc. in the pipe 5 is a guide groove for utility water flowing in the pipe into the hole 3 to assist the attitude control of the ball 1 quickly and accurately. |
