<p>PURPOSE:To improve remarkably data holding characteristics by comparing outputs of two sets of memory blocks selected at the same time by one address and ANDing or ORing them. CONSTITUTION:A common address input is given to a memory cell array 1 comprising two blocks 10, 10 from an input terminal 12, two memory cells 10, 11 of the same address location of each block are selected at the same time by one address selection. The data of the same address location of the two blocks 10, 11 selected by a common address input is inputted to a data comparison circuit 3, where the data are compared. In the data comparison circuit 3, the data outputted from the memory cell blocks 10, 11 are ANDed and the result is outputted from an output terminal 13 as data.</p> |
