PURPOSE:To improve the durability by making extremely small gaps between adjoining ductworks except their edges for back up. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 7 is made of nickel 1 to prepare ductworks 5 on the outer side of a molding die. The mold is backed up so that it can be used as a slush molding die. The ductworks 5 are provided so that a space portion 4 of a thin layer is provided between adjoining ductworks except both ends of the molding die. As a result, the thermal stress of mold material due to heating and cooling repeated between temperatures 200 deg.C or more and 70-80 deg.C is released to improve mold durability remarkably.
