PURPOSE:To form a uniform film having no irregularity to various powdery particles, by providing a static mixer in the cylinder arranged in a container to prolong the length of a flow passage while providing a stirring blade in the vicinity of a perforated plate to stir an air stream. CONSTITUTION:Warm air heated by a heater is introduced into a container 1b through a perforated plate 2b but, at this time, the flow at the central part of the container 1b is made strong by a stirring blade 10 and the flow at the peripheral part thereof is made weak. A flowed-in rotary air stream levitates a powdery particle such as a ferrite carrier or toner preliminarily charged in the container 1b and feeds the same upwardly through a cylinder in a state mixed under stirring. The powdery particle further strongly stirred and mixed by a static mixer 9 is fallen through the weak air stream part between the outer wall of the cylinder 8b and the inner wall of the container 1b and receives the coating solution injected from plural spray pipes 3b under the cylinder 8b to be again levitated. |
