PURPOSE:To obtain a disphragm for loudspeaker of improved strength by bonding an acrylic resin or nitrocellulose resin to a base material produced by paper making and then forming a layer of acrylic-styrene resin or acrylic resin. CONSTITUTION:Of the loudspeaker disphragm 1, the base material 2 is made of natural fibers or chemical fibers, or of mixture of these fibers, and is produced by paper making. Both main surfaces of the base material 2 are sealed by the primary layer 3 of nitrocellulose resin. Further, on the sealed main surfaces of the material 2, the secondary layer 4 of acrylic resin or styline- acrylic copolymer resin is furnished. In result, the acoustic characteristic is amintained, good appearance with facial luster is maintained, and additionally a diaphragm of reinforced mechanical strength is obtained. |
