摘要

NEW MATERIAL:Monoclonal antibody EPT1163 and EPT217 against the human tissue-type plasminogen activation factor (TPA). USE:A reagent for the enzymatic immunoassay of TPA, and immunoadsorbent for the affinity column chromatography of TPA. PREPARATION:A spleen cell of mouse sensitized with TPA is fused with mouse myeloma cell by conventional cell fusion procedure, and the obtained mouse hybridoma clone 1-163-3 or 2-17-1 is cultured in a medium or in the ascites of mouse. The objective antibody is separated from the obtained culture product by conventional method. The culture of hybridoma is carried out preferably at 37 deg.C for 2-4 days in a medium or for 7-20 days in the ascites of mouse.
