PURPOSE:To easily and reliably contact, support, and fix a resistor and increase reliability by providing at least one opening and a metal element fitted to this opening on individual electrode takeout sections of the resistor and electrically connecting and fixing the resistor via the metal element. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 1 is constituted with a rectangular, thin insulating substrate 3 having opening 2a, 2b, 2c at predetermined positions, electrode takeoff sections 4a, 4b, 4c made of a low-resistance material or a metallic, thin film and provided around the said openings, a resistance material 5 coated among the electrode takeoff sections in a predetermined pattern, an insulating thin film 6 covering this resistance material 5, and metal elements 7a, 7b, 7c fitted to the said openings 2a, 2b, 2c. A cylindrical metal element 7 having a flat section 8 is inserted into the opening, and a cylinder section 9 protruded on the back side of a ceramic substrate is crushed to fix the resistor 1. |
