PURPOSE:To omit application of a mold release agent to a mold and spraying to the same and to contrive molding of various casting article whose shapes are different from each other, by making use of Teflon as a molding material and a shape and the size of a cavity part of the mold are made changeable. CONSTITUTION:When Teflon is used as a molding material, a casting article is superior in releasing from a mold and a matter that the casting article is violated by a casting material which has been heated and molten does not happen. Although a shape of a part A of the casting article is decided by a hollow of molding parts 2, a shape of a part B of the casting article is decided by a space D to be formed of molding parts 4 and the molding part 3. In other words, when the molding parts 4 is moved in the central direction, the space D, that is, the part B of the casting article becomes small and on the contrary when the molding part 4 is moved out, the part B of the casting article becomes wide.
