PURPOSE:To improve the sealing property between a cell body and a manifold by rounding the periphery edge portion of a cell body opposing to a sealing material. CONSTITUTION:The periphery edge portion of a cell body 2A opposing to a sealing material 4 is rounded to allow the cell body 2A to easily get intimate with the sealing material 4. By this, the sealing property between the cell body 2A and a manifold 3 is improved, and it is possible to easily carry out the operating pressure control. |
