PURPOSE:To insure the dicision of dimension, while setting easily an insert in a mold by forming the insert member integrally with a foam, while using an elastic member for said insert. CONSTITUTION:A molded product 1 is composed of a foam 2 and an insert member 3. The insert member 3 is formed from the spring, etc. made of an elastic material e.g. a metal, and has the projected parts 3a, 3b projected from the foam 2. The part between the projected parts 3a, 3b is molded in wavy shape. When the insert part is made in wavy shape, the foam is fully connected to the insert member. Though the spring made of metal is used for the insert member, the metal is not necessary always for the spring. Any member formed in the shape with elasticity may be used, and the material its self is not limited. |
