<p>PURPOSE:To correctly feed a part onto an assembled body by detecting the amount of transfer of a centering apparatus and inputting the substantial width of the assembled body into a controller and feeding parts and operating an assembling-work apparatus with said input value as standard. CONSTITUTION:In timing with a wagon 21 which supports a body 1 and continuously transfers, the both movable base 40A and 40B are transported in synchronization with the wagon 21. During this synchronous transfer, the body 1 is lifted-up to the both movable-base 40A and 40B sides and supported. Then, the centering apparatuses 97A and 97B onto which pushing tools 112A and 112B are opposed from outside are operated on the basis of the signal of the kind of car. In other words, servomotors 113A and 113B are driven, and the both pushing tools 112A and 112B are approached each other, and then centering-adjustment is performed. The amount of transfer of the above- described pushing tools is detected by the pulse generators 114A and 114B, and the support onto the controller is permitted. Then, an operation instruction corresponding to the width of the body 1 is transmitted to a robot and an assembly-work apparatus from the controller.</p> |
