PURPOSE:To prevent the apparatus and device from bad influence caused by unnecessary long time operation by a method wherein a timer circuit having a timer driving switch is added, a forced operating switch provided in series to a temperature sensing element is interlocked with a timer driving switch. CONSTITUTION:An indoor fan motor 2 is connected to a commercial power source 1, the indoor fan motor 2 is coupled in parallel with a series circuit composed of a contact 7 of a control relay 6 and an outdoor unit 4, a driving circuit 19 of the control circuit 6 is coupled with a temperature sensing element 8 of a thermistor and a control circuit 14. The control circuit 14 is added by a timer circuit 13 having a timer driving switch 20, a continuously closed forced operating switch 12 is provided in series to the temperature sensing element 8, the forced operating switch 12 is interlocked with a timer driving switch 20. By the above structure, even when the temperature sensing element does not output a heating operating signal due to the high temperature in a room, the heating operation can be started by opening the forced operating switch, and kept under the heating operation only for the timer circuit operating time, then, the outdoor unit is stopped after the preset time passing.
