Compounds of the following general formula: <IMAGE> in which: either X1 represents a hydrogen atom, X2 represents a methyl group, X3 represents a group of formula NH2, NHCOCH3 or NHCONHR1 in which R1 represents a methyl or phenyl group, X4 represents a hydrogen atom, or X1 represents a group of formula NH2, NHCOCH3 or NHCONHR2 in which R2 represents a C1-4 alkyl, phenyl or cyclohexyl group, X2 represents a chlorine atom, X3 represents a hydrogen atom and X4 represents a hydrogen or a chlorine atom, as well as their addition salts with pharmacologically acceptable acids.
