<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the disaster by mounting a master unit equipped with a disaster detector in only one of a plurality of cylinders while mounting the slave unit not equipped with the disaster detector in other cylinders and interlocking them. CONSTITUTION:When the master unit (A) will vibrates together with the cylinder due to the earthquake, the weight 24 will roll to drop the weight 27 on a support 25 onto a circular pan 23 thus to roll the circular pan 23 and the second lever 20 downwardly against a spring 21, thereby the projection 22 on the second lever 20 is disengaged from an engaging board 29 and the longitudinal shaft 28 is rotated together with the cam 30 in counterclockwise by the bias of a spring 31. Consequently the cam 30 will roll the front end of the first lever 16 to the right to remove the stopper 18 of the first lever 16 from a hook 14 of a spring box 12 and the drive shaft 8 is rotated clockwise by the bias of the spring 13 thus to choke the mouth of the cylinder by means of a drive arm 11.</p> |
