PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a stable oscillation continually even under a decrease of power source voltage and a temperature rise by permitting an oscillation transistor base to earth to a power source line. CONSTITUTION:An IC10 is provided with a built-in common base-type oscillation transistor 11 and a tuning circuit (tank circuit 6) is prepared to decide an oscillation frequency. Then both IC10 and turning circuit will be common base by connecting a terminal of condenser 28 with an IC terminal 10c which connects also with the oscillation transistor 11's base of IC10 as well as by connecting other terminal of condenser 28 with a power source terminal 10a of IC10. Thus the stable oscillation operation will be performed continually even under the decrease of power source voltage and temperature rise by earthing the oscillation transistor base to the power source line.
