PURPOSE:To instantly charge the gelling time of a grout and to make solidification of the stable ground possible, by adequately switching part of either an aq. soln. of sodium silicate or a curing agent-contg. soln. to water and switching the water for the soln. in response to conditions of the ground during injection of the grout to the ground. CONSTITUTION:CO2 and water are supplied respectively from a CO2 tank 1 and a water tank 6 to a first mixer 5 to prepare pressurized carbonated water. Aqueous sodium silicate soln. is separately supplied from an aq. sodium silicate soln. tank 15 to a two cylinder-type grout injection pump 14 and supplied to a second mixer 18. On the other hand, the pressurized carbonated water is supplied from the first mixer 5 to the second mixer 18 by a pump 10. Thus a grout is prepd. and injected into the earth. It cures in the ground to stabilize the ground. During the process, a part of said soln. is adequately switched to water from a water tank 11 and, if necessary, the water is switched to the soln. in response to conditions of the ground. It is possible to instantly change gelling time and solidify the stable ground. |
