PURPOSE:To obtain the thin printing layer and the thick printing layer according to the part, by providing the first part of a relatively thin thickness film and the second part having a film relatively thicker than the film of the first part of the printing pattern part. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of the film part 18 of a printing pattern 12 is made to be thicker than that of the film part 20. The rear surface of a plate 11 is coated with chemicals and photosensitive emulsion and dried. The rear surface is further processed by the masking film of reverse pattern and exposed to be printed. Thereafter, the chemicals or the like of the non-masking part are removed. Then, the photosensitive emulsion of a necessary thickness is coated or glued and dried. Thereafter, the masking pattern film for the partial thick film of signal pattern part 12 is contact-painted by exposure. The masking pattern film is removed, developed with water chemicals, dried, successively hardened and lastly dried. Thereby, the printing inn which the thickness of printing layer differs according to the position and the part, can be carried out. |
