EXAMPLE:5-( 4-Chlorophenoxyl )-6-tert-butyl-[ 1,2,4 ]-triazolo[ 3,2-c ]perhydroxa zin-8-one. USE:An agricultural and horticultural germicide and plant growth regulator useful for powdery mildew of cucumber and barley and brown leaf rust of wheat and barley, etc. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a trichloroformate in an inert solvent in the presence of an acid binder (example; pyridine) at 0-5 deg.C to obtain the compound expressed by formula I.
