PURPOSE:To permit to effect the functions of heat exchanging and heat insulating simply in accordance with necessity by a method wherein cold water or hot- water is flowed through every second stages of a plurality layers of flow paths, partitioned by partitioning plates, and air is passed through remaining flow paths. CONSTITUTION:The main body of a heat exchanger is made by a piled structure in which respective flow paths 10 are constituted by split structure and disk-type constituting elements 13, having the partitioning plate 9, peripheral structure 12 and spacers 11 and being opened at the top thereof, are piled coaxially in the stages of even numbers. The inlet port 14 and the outlet port 15 of one flow path 10 are apart from each others in the peripheral direction, however, the inlet port 14 and outlet port 15 of the neighboring flow paths 10 are neighbored. When the flow paths 10 of every other stages are employed for the part of water supplying system and the flow paths 10 of every other stages are employed for one part of air ventilating system while hot-water or cold water is flowed through the water supplying system, indoor air is heated or cooled and a room may be heated or cooled. |
