PURPOSE:To acquire a coreless winding with a regular form, by winding synthetic resin tape for bond on a core, with a tension not crushing the core, annealing in a specific temperature, and pulling out the core after cooling. CONSTITUTION:To make a coreless winding of a synthetic resin for bond, a polyolefine type synthetic resin tape 2, extended in an adequate extension magnification, is wound up on a core 1. Then it is applied with annealing treatment at a temperature 60 deg.C-120 deg.C, as (heat treatment temperature - 60 deg.C) Xannealing hours is between 40 and 200. Then, after cooling, the core 1 is picked out. That is, the whole processes are, melting and rolling - cooling- extension - winding on core - annealing - cooling - and core pulling out. Thus, smashing of the winding by the remaining tension of winding can be prevented because of the annealing after winding. |
