PURPOSE:To reduce installation area by dividing radially a flow path into two, the outer and inner peripheral side ones, to make both flows in said paths reverse to each other. CONSTITUTION:Each stage of a turbine is radially divided into two so that 1-4 stage moving blades 12, 22, 32 and 42 are formed on the inner peripheral sides with 8-5 stage moving blades 82, 72, 62, and 52 respectively. Also 8-5 stage nozzles 81, 71, 61 and 51 are formed on the inner peripheral side of 1-4 stage nozzles 11, 21, 31 and 41. Since a flow path is thus divided into two and the flows in the outer and inner peripheral side flow paths are made reverse to each other, the axial length of the turbine can be shortened to reduce the installation area of the turbine. |
